
Gigantic advents calendar in Uslar
The old city hall in the picturesque half-timbered city of Uslar changes into a gigantic Advent calendar. One little door will be opened every day at 12 a.m., in the time 1st - 24th December. The Advent calendar is surrounded by a romantic Christmas market which starts on the 26th of November and ends on the 24th of December.

From the 24th of November to the 23rd of December, Hameln offers one of the most beautiful and most atmospheric Christmas markets in Northern Germany in the centre of the historical old town with its affectionately renovated half-timbered houses and the unique buildings of the Weser Renaissance. 70 small wooden houses invite to stroll around the wedding house and the market church. Special attractions are the 11-metre-high Christmas pyramid.
